APRIL FOOL'S DAY PRANKS AND PRACTICAL JOKES
Head in a Jar Prank
Print out a life-size color photo of a face, or a scary creature. Find a large glass jar. Cut the photo so it fits inside the jar (facing outward with the front of the photo pressed against the glass). Then add some water (if you want, laminate the photo first, or spray with waterproofing spray). Place the jar in the refrigerator. Now... just wait until your victim opens the fridge for a snack - then be ready to shout "April Fool's!"
Rubber Bands Around a Phone Prank
For this joke, you'll need tons of rubber bands. Put about a hundred of them around your victim's cell phone or desk phone. Then call them!
Print out a life-size face (this can be anyone-someone in your family, a monster, a celebrity, your victim, or even yourself). Attach it to the underside of the toilet seat facing up. Now close the lid to the toilet. When your victim lifts the lid, they will get a scare!
Baking Soda Donuts Prank
Make the perfect morning snack for April 1st! Buy some plain donuts. Then coat them in baking powder. Leave them out for your victim. They will look just like powdered-sugar donuts, but taste terrible!
Scary Peeper Prank
Print out a life-sized photo of a scary face. Go outside and attach it to a window or skylight (this will work best at night). Now just wait for the frightened reaction of your victim!

OFFICE PRANKS
Trap Drawer
Rig a party popper to detonate when your victim opens their desk drawer. Use strong tape to attach the party popper to the inside of the desk, right above the top drawer. Close the drawer almost completely, then tape the string of the popper to the inside front of the drawer (if necessary lengthen the string slightly with another piece of string). Be sure to angle the popper so it will not explode in your victim's face.

Terrible Typo
Business Card Typo Prank Idea
This one takes a small investment, but it's worth it. Borrow one of your victim's business cards and have it duplicated, but change one small thing--the spelling of their last name, or their job title, for instance. Sneak in and replace your victim's cards with the new ones. When the time is right, casually 'notice' the mistake. Your victim will freak out thinking they've been handing out business cards with a typo on them! (Can also be done with their resume, important projects that they've already turned in, etc.)
Post Its on Your Computer Prank

Can't Catch This
Tape a dollar bill to the end of the fishing line on a fishing pole. Then hide behind a bush and wait for your prank victim to come along. As soon as they reach for the money, reel in the line a few inches. Keep reeling until they realize they're being had.
Tricky Coin
Glue a quarter or dollar coin to the floor or the ground in a busy place. Sit nearby and watch as people try to pick it up.
Short Sheet
This is a one of the oldest April Fool's Day pranks in the world! Take the top sheet off the prank target's bed, and tuck the bottom end under the top end of the mattress. Pull it down and then fold it back up so that the top end is where it would be if the bed was made normally. Replace the pillow, blanket, etc., and make up the bed like it was before. When the prank victim gets into bed, they'll be surprised when they can't slide their feet all the way down to the bottom of the bed!
Leave 'Em Hanging
Quick and easy classic prank. Just wait until your prank target is in the shower, then sneak in and grab their clothes and all the towels. (You might want to get the bath mat too!)

Salty Surprise
Simple: put salt on the prank target's toothbrush. Then stand by to watch the surprised look on their face.

Avalanche
For this prank, the prank target's bedroom door must open to the inside, and they need to be a sound sleeper. While the prank victim is inside the room, quietly tape newspaper across the door jam, covering it almost to the top. Then fill the gap between the newspaper and the door with Styrofoam peanuts, popped popcorn, crumpled newspaper, or even water balloons. When the prank victim opens the door, they'll be greeted by an avalanche.
Trip and Slip
Wait until your prank target is in the kitchen. Come in and start filling a bucket with water (tell them you're washing the car or something). Only instead of actually filling the bucket, just pretend. Lift the bucket with both hands, acting like it's heavy and filled with water. Take a couple of steps in the prank victim's direction and suddenly "trip" and aim the bucket right toward them. They'll duck thinking they're getting splashed!
Running Late
While the prank target is asleep, reset all the clocks ahead two hours. When they wake up they will panic and think they slept late and are late for school or work.
Rig the Sprayer
Put a rubber band around the push button of the spray nozzle (the kind with a hose) so the button stays down. Point it forward. When the prank victim uses the sink they will get a wet surprise!
Classic Kindergarden Prank
Tell your prank target that their shoelace is untied. When they look down, laugh and say "Made ya look!".
